Professor Joseph Keane The Department is divided between the two main teaching hospital sites: St James's Hospital and the Tallaght Hospital and its affiliated teaching hospitals of Naas General Hospital and Our Lady's Hospice.
The Department of Clinical Medicine incoporates Molecular Medicine, Nutrition and Dietition and Medical Physics. The Department delivers both undergraduate and postgraduate education and has a strong research platform in key areas of the College's strategic plan including, cancer, infection and immunity and neurosciences. The Department contains both Institute of Molecular Medicine and Institute of Preventative Medicine.
