Peter Gatenby Award

The prize was founded in 2002 in recognition of Professor Gatenby's selfless commitment and contribution to the School of Medicine. It is awarded annually to the student who contributed most to the welfare and academic and social development of the Faculty of Health Sciences. Each course year in the Faculty of Health Sciences (School of Dental Science, School of Medicine, School of Nursing and Midwifery and School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences) may wish to nominate a student via its class representative. Class representatives should forward reasons for their nomination to the Student Affairs Administrator (Medical School) by the fourth week of Trinity term for approval by the relevant committee. Value, 250 euros (book token)
